- Staffing policies: We’ll work with your leaders to develop and implement effective staffing policies and procedures aligned to your values and needs, leaving you to focus on school improvement
- Employee relations advice and guidance: from managing a restructure, to supporting with conduct, capability or safeguarding issues, we can provide quick ad hoc advice to long term support with complex cases or we can provide trained investigators.
- Safer Staffing Reviews: We can audit your Single Central Records (SCRs) and recruitment process and provide a rag rated report with recommendations, giving you peace of mind.
- Mediations: If staff relationships are unstable, let our trained mediators work with both parties to resolve these, saving you management time from costly formal processes
- Strategic HR: We can work with your leadership team to plan, design and deliver a data driven People strategy and People plan that supports recruitment and retention and aligns to your strategic plan [link to workshop/thought leadership]
- Bespoke HR Training: We run remote and in-person sessions that focus on key development areas, from upskilling leaders to manager employee relations matters effectively, to accredited safer recruitment and mental health first aid training.
Employee Engagement: From designing and analysing pulse surveys and annual wellbeing surveys, conducting stay check-ins or exit interviews, to creating meaningful action plans that drive engagement, we’ve got you covered.
Flexible partnering tailored to your needs
We understand that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to supporting your people. That’s why we offer flexible and cost-efficient packages with different levels of support. You choose what’s right for you:
- Premium HR: Remote, telephone and email access from a named HR contact for all of your employee relations advice and guidance, capped at up to 30 hours per week, or 1,575 hours per annum.
- Premium Plus HR: Unlimited remote, telephone and email access via a named HR contact for all of your employee relations matters, plus 12 hours of on-site support per annum.
- Platinum HR: Unlimited remote support with all employee relations case work and queries via our dedicated People Partnering team and 25 hours of on-site support per annum plus 1 Safer Staffing Review per annum, 3 half day remote HR training sessions per annum and up to 8 policies of your choice reviewed or 1 workplace investigation.
- Bespoke HR consultancy for schools and Trusts: A stand-alone package of support for discrete projects or HR consultancy support delivered by a CIPD qualified HR specialist.
- MAT and Academy Retainer – 20 hours of remote, telephone and email access from CIPD qualified HR specialist per annum. Designed for Trusts and Academies who have their own internal HR lead but who would benefit from a critical friend for complex staffing matters or one-off projects. You’ll also benefit from networking opportunities and access to our HR resources and our HR audit.
HR Advice and Guidance Retainer: 30 hours of remote, telephone and email access from a named HR contact per annum for all of your employee relations advice and guidance.
