We’re reminded every day about the very real effect that climate change is having on our planet.
And just reducing carbon emissions isn’t enough anymore – countries are on a mission to achieve carbon zero because it’s key to keeping ourselves and our world safe.
The first and easiest step towards embracing the green revolution is to implement energy efficiency savings in your school. And we can help you to do this, easily and effectively. Entrust’s energy management services will help you to track your energy consumption, making your money go further while reducing your carbon footprint. Now’s the time to make a real difference, to the world around you and to your bottom line.

Display Energy Certificates
Display Energy Certificates (DECs) are an effective way to monitor your school’s carbon emissions and energy use. They rate public buildings’ energy performance using a sliding scale from A, for the most efficient, to G, for the least efficient.
DECs are a great tool for identifying buildings that are performing poorly, or to assess the energy efficiency savings that you’ve already made to see if they’re making a difference.
They’re also a legal requirement for schools and must be clearly displayed (otherwise you’ll be fined £500). They need to be renewed annually or once every 10 years, depending on the size of your space.
We’re on hand to help you to meet your legal obligations – our team of experts will make sure that your building complies with DEC legislation, including your renewals as and when they come up.
