Our MIS Support ensures you have access to all the information required to not only manage your MIS but also to administer the best fit for your school business and processes. We deliver this through our Service Desk, training sessions, workshops, user groups, focused forums and guidance notes.

Core SIMS scheduled training is included as part of your chosen MIS licence, subscribed to through Entrust Education Technologies, however some courses are chargeable so please contact us to find out more.

Scheduled releases and patches for your MIS software updates are included as part of the MIS support service. This includes installation guidance, release notes and details of issues fixed. The SIMS Summer Upgrade will be available from week beginning 13 July.  Further information will be posted shortly on this page.
