Here at Entrust Education Technologies, we are committed to providing excellent service to all our customers, and we are very much aware of the need to offer both efficiency and value.

In recognition of this, we provide a single point of contact for all your service support, enabling you to liaise with a team of experts that are dedicated to delivering a service that’s is courteous, helpful and professional.

We also know that a knowledgeable and thorough support service is equally as important as the service provided. Not only do we support your connectivity but we are expert in the services that form additional layers to your estate, such as your MIS, and your web and email services, to name just a few. Entrust Education Technologies is the one-stop-shop that integrates all of your services for a seamless delivery.

Our Service Desk has been supporting schools for nearly 30 years and so we have grown with schools to know exactly what your needs are. Our experience and knowledge places us a trusted advisor for schools’ ICT, school improvement and safeguarding objectives.

We are prepared to support and tackle any issues that you face throughout the school day. So, whatever you need, whatever challenges you face, we have the products, services and expertise to support you.

Our Service Desk is open Monday to Friday. Our opening hours are:

  • 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Thursday
  • 08:00 – 16:15, Friday

  • The self-service portal provides the mechanism for customers to log support incidents or requests with our service desk through this self-serve portal
